BUILD YOUR OWN POKE BOWL OR SUSHI BURRITO

Step1: Choose Your Base

Poke Bowl(white or brown rice), Poke Salad, Sushi Burrito.

Step2: Pick Your Protein

Ahi Tuna, Salmon, Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon, Chicken

Shrimp Tempura, Scallop, Shrimp, Organic Tofu.

Step3: Select Your Mix-ins

Purple Cabbage, Edamame, Kale, Sweet Onion, Jalapeño,

Diced Mango, Pineapple, Sweet Corn, Cucumber, Carrots

Mushroom, Green Onion, Seaweed, Salad Cilantro, Crab Stick

Ginger, Tamago, Avocado( 1.00), Masago, Spicy Crab Salad,

Crab Guacamole(3.00),  Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomato.

Step4: Dress Your Bowl

Sriracha Aioli, jalapeño Aioli, Miso Wasabi, Eel sauce,

Wasabi Yuzu, Sweet Shoyu,  Ginger Dressing, Sweet Gochujang.

Step5: Top It Off

Sesame Seed, Onion, Crisps Garlic, Crisps

Tempura Flakes, Lotus, Crisps Shredded Nori.
